Introducing the Maame collection, a labor of love made with exquisite silk batik fabric and adorned with fringes and a striking metal long zip at the front. This collection is close to my heart, inspired by my childhood memories of watching my mother create beautiful batik fabrics.
As a first-born daughter, I've always been known as Maame at home, and it's surreal to now use her handmade fabrics in my fashion designs. I'm grateful she took time out of her retirement to create these stunning pieces just for me.
